1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Vcarda.com ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vcarda regarding your use of our digital customer loyalty platform and related scanning services.

By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal business authority to open an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants are solely responsible for honoring the loyalty rewards, discounts, and stamp rules advertised to their customers. Vcarda provides the digital infrastructure and fraud-prevention tools, but does not fulfill physical goods or cash values.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not tamper with QR codes, deploy automated bots, duplicate reward tokens, or engage in fraudulent reward claiming. Violators are subject to immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vcarda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
